Telegram Bot Setup (with BotFather)

1. Creating a Bot:
Find @BotFather on Telegram.
Create a new bot with the /newbot command.
Set a bot name and username.
Save the Bot Token (e.g., 123456789:ABCdefGhIJKlmNoPQRsTUVwxyZ).

2. Bot Settings:
/setdescription - Bot description
/setabouttext - Information about the bot
/setuserpic - Bot profile picture
